TLHR WILL NOT BE CLOSING

UPDATE: TRIPLE "L" HORSE RESCUE WILL NOT BE CLOSING

Triple "L" Horse Rescue will not be closing our doors but we are moving. We will eventually have 2 locations in the state of Florida.

Our Hillard
,
Florida location will be the primary home for our horses. All horses at this location will be on a rehabilitation  schedule per their individual needs. When the time comes they will become available for adoption, please watch our website for updates on our horses. (NOTE: Hillard, FL is a no go. When we stopped by to check on status of horses coming in - they had "up and moved". No sign of them and never heard a word from them. So we are back to "square one".)

As for our other location, that is yet to be determined. We are still house hunting. Due to the economy we had to close my husbands business and he is now working for another company. He remains in Saint Simons Island while I have been staying with our daughter in Jacksonville, Florida. I spend a lot of time on the road traveling back and forth from Georgia to Florida. Our horses are still in foster care while the place in Hillard is being prepared.

Several places have been found but due to lack of financing we were unable to secure a home so we still look. We have found some as low as $75,000.00 but since hubby started a new job and doesn't quite make as much as VA or mortgage companies would like we keep getting denied. Rent to Own? Haven't been able to find any of those either. Once we are able to find a place we will announce our second location. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers that a home will be found.

If you need a tax write-off, we are tax deductible. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to the rescue. Many things are needed: health certificates to get the horses across the state line,
fencing material, transport of the horses to the new location.

And of course if you have a place that you think would be great for us please contact us - we would love to talk to you.

Have a big heart? Love horses and want to help us? Have property and not sure what to do with it? Donate it! Tax write-off and you will be saving many more lives! We will gladly publicise your generosity.

Watch for future updates!
