Our Charity Auction :(

Well, our auction (Fall in Love, Save the Horses) was a flop! We had 10 people show up! We made a little money to help with the horses but just not enough. I guess I should say it was a "small success". Just had high hopes that we would have a good turnout. Worked on it for over a year and to have 10 people show up --- big disappointment.

All the items (about 90%) are being placed on ebay. Hopefully we can get the much needed funds we need that way. We placed them on our website and as each one is placed on eBay we mark it.

I wish everyone luck with fundraisers during these trying times. We just have no luck with anything so very discouraging!

In the process of house hunting right now, landlord wants us out by March. Not looking good there either. Have foster homes set up for the horses in case we can't find anything by then. Horses will be going to great foster homes, as for me and hubby - move in with our daughter, hubby, 7 yr old, 15 month old and 1 month old twins! Anyone have a padded room?
